The double flavour of crab and kelp gives it a deep flavour.
The "Morita Japanese Crab Flavour Crab Dashi Umami Hot Pot Soup" is a straight type hot pot soup that you can enjoy the elegant richness and umami of domestic red crab. Combined with the gentle taste of Hidaka kelp, the taste of the crab is enhanced and the taste is deep. In addition, powdered red crab shells are added so that the aroma can be enhanced by applying heat, so the aroma peculiar to crabs spreads and appetite as the cooking progresses.

Soy sauce, crab extract, fermented rice seasoning, water candy, sugar, salt, protein hydrolyzate, konbu extract, brewed vinegar, crab powder, fish sauce, dried bonito extract, yeast extract, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), flavoring, Thickener (xanthan gum)

Recommended 3-4 servings
- 1 bag of domestic red Snow crab dashi horse pot soup
- 4 slices of white fish (about 300g)
- Chinese cabbage 1/4 share (about 400g)
- 1 to 2 green onions (about 80g to 160g)
- 1 bag of enoki mushroom (about 100g)
- 1 tofu (about 300g)
- Appropriate amount of other favourite ingredients

How to make
1- Shake the pot soup well, then pour it into the pot and bring to a boil.
2- Put your favorite ingredients in the order of fish and vegetables, and when all the ingredients are cooked, it is complete.

Please prepare rice and beaten eggs.
