This product has a good balance between the refreshing aroma of YUZUSCO and the spicy spiciness of YUZUSCO, a new sensation of liquid yuzu kosho in a rich yet light cloudy soup that has the umami of chicken like Hakata's specialty mizutaki. It is a straight type hot pot soup.

Ingredients
Salt, yuzusco (brewed vinegar, chili, yuzu peel), chicken extract, sugar, brewed vinegar, chili / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), flavoring, thickener (xanthan), emulsifier (derived from soybeans)

Recommended 2-3 servings
- 1 bag of YUZUSCO hot pot soup
- Chicken 200g
- About 5 chicken dumplings
- Chinese cabbage 1/4 share (400g)
- 1 green onion (100g)
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- Tofu half-chome (about 150g)

How to make
1- Shake the pot soup well, then pour it into the pot and bring to a boil.
2- Put the ingredients that are difficult to boil in order, let them boil for a while, and when all the ingredients are cooked, it is complete.
3- Morita YUZUSCO hot pot soup
4- Introducing the recommended 〆 menu! !!

☆ Ramen style ☆

Please prepare Ramen noodles.
5- Put Chinese noodles in the remaining hot pot soup. Once boiled, it's done.

Tips and points
If you like, add white-haired onions, all-purpose onions, and chicken to make it even more delicious.
