This product is a straight-type hot pot soup stock that combines the highly rare domestic clam soup stock with domestic scallop soup stock. The taste was adjusted with salt and soy sauce to maximize the gentle and tasty soup stock of the shellfish. The taste of succinic acid in shellfish and the taste of glutamic acid in soy sauce bring out the goodness of each, and you can feel the rich taste even though it is gentle. You can enjoy it with standard hot pot ingredients such as vegetables, white fish, and tofu, and egg porridge is recommended for simmering.
Ingredients
Sugar, protein hydrolyzate, salt, hamaguri seasoning liquid, scallop extract, clam extract, katsuo-bushi extract, brewed vinegar, chicken extract / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), flavoring
Recommended 2-3 servings
- clam and scallop Umadashi hot pot soup 1 bag
- White fish 200g
- Chinese cabbage 1/4 share (about 400g)
- 1 green onion (about 80g)
- 1/2 bag of Mizuna (about 80g)
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- Tofu (about 150g)
- Appropriate amount of other favourite ingredients
How to make
1- Shake the pot soup well, then pour it into the pot and bring to a boil.
2- Put the ingredients that are difficult to boil in order, let them boil for a while, and when all the ingredients are cooked, it is complete.
3- Morita domestic clams and scallops Umadashi hot pot soup
4- Introducing the recommended 〆 menu! !!
☆ Egg porridge ☆
Please prepare rice and beaten eggs.
5- Put rice in the remaining hot pot soup, add the beaten egg after boiling, and when the beaten egg is cooked, it's done.
Tips and points
If you like, you can add all-purpose onions to make it even more delicious.
